Art Deco Glass Serving Box on Mirrored Tray, Polished Aluminum Lid With Timber Trim c.1930 
 
A familiar iconic item from the art deco period is the fluted glass box on a mirror tray.
 
Geometric glass design, with a ribbed aluminium lid and tubular wooden knobs.
The glass box measures 10.25 cm by 16.25 cm and is 7.5 cm high. It is in perfect condition – no chips, no cracks and no fissures.
 
This b box is in very good condition, with normal wear marks on the aluminium.
 
The mirror in the tray is in very good condition. The tray measures 23 cm wide from the outside of one wooden side to the other and is 15.24 inches wide. It sits on four chrome buttons.
